Thanks for checking out our house!
This place may be the most convenient location in town. A block from the elementary school, a block from the library, 2 blocks from a grocery store, on block from two auto parts stores, a hardware store, main street, 2nd east, but still part of a great neighborhood.
A small yard (.1 acre) is surrounded by a six foot tall vinyl privacy fence.
Upstairs is 1400 square feet, and downstairs is about 1140.
Heating system is hydronic floor heating, gas fired.
The showers and sink hot water come through an on demand electric water heater. We had intended to use this place as a short term rental (airbnb, etc.) but the city told us our windows were 6% too small.... so long term it is.
Furniture not included, but could be purchased from us. All queen beds. Two of which are brand new memory foam, and one is lightly used pillow top spring (guest bed). The super comfortable couches could also be purchased from us. We'd make it a good price too, so I don't have to move them and find a place for them.

This welcome area has new laminate flooring, French doors that lead into the back yard porch area, and new South facing windows.

New tile backsplash, glass top stove, laminate flooring and plenty of storage.

There are some shallow bookshelves shown, but those have been removed, and the walls repainted.

Garage

Once you go out the front door, look to the left, and you can head into the downstairs area under the protection of the front porch awning.

Then on to downstairs.

Due to a low ceiling height (6'5") this can't be advertised as living space. But you could use it for whatever you want. It is also heated by the same gas fired water heating, but this is done with baseboard heaters in each room.

Someone may want to use this for office space for a home business, or for extra rooms for kids, we kept it as a place for visitors to have a separate place to stay.

We called this the downstairs kitchen, but officially it's storage....

This storage area has a double sink, dishwasher, stove, fridge and exhaust fan. So, a little fancier than your typical storage area.....

On the other side of this storage area is a whole lot of cabinets above around 12 feet of counter top.

This storage room has special paint on one wall that works well with a projector, and it has the wiring in the walls for a surround sound system.

We called this the hallway, but officially is storage. We've had a desk in front of this mirror for getting ready in the morning or whatever.

We called this the blue room, but officially is storage. It's pretty much the same size as the master bedroom upstairs. (sorry, air hockey table not included)
