Thanks for checking out our house! This place may be the most convenient location in town. A block from the elementary school, a block from the library, 2 blocks from a grocery store, on block from two auto parts stores, a hardware store, main street, 2nd east, but still part of a great neighborhood. A small yard (.1 acre) is surrounded by a six foot tall vinyl privacy fence. Upstairs is 1400 square feet, and downstairs is about 1140. Heating system is hydronic floor heating, gas fired. The showers and sink hot water come through an on demand electric water heater. We had intended to use this place as a short term rental (airbnb, etc.) but the city told us our windows were 6% too small.... so long term it is. Furniture not included, but could be purchased from us. All queen beds. Two of which are brand new memory foam, and one is lightly used pillow top spring (guest bed).
